Pick me a Player #8 - Francisco Lindor

   I have 137 different players in my keepers with at least 10 cards.  The players are listed at the end of this post.  In an effort to get myself posting more consistently, I invite the first commenter on this post to choose one of the players below and I will post 5 of the most interesting cards I have of that player as the subject of another blog post.  Then on that post, the first commenter can pick another player and when I get around to it, I will post 5 cards of that player, and so on.

Francisco Lindor!!

The first active player to be picked!  All but one of the previous 7 picks are already in the Hall of Fame, Lindor will likely get there someday.  I have 33 cards of Lindor in my keeper collection.

Cards of Francisco Lindor that I would like to add to my keepers:

1. More RCs!  Triple Threads and Update Chrome most wanted.

2. Refractors and serial numbered variations, preferably from early in his career.

3. 2018 Heritage #145 - Nickname Variation (Mr Smile)

Here's a few bonus cards of Francisco.  At times he has felt underrated, and at others, maybe a little overrated.  But as a consistently quality ballplayer, he definitely has a place in my keepers.

1. 2022 Topps Finest Aqua refractor #/199

Quite a popping card in hand.

2. 2020 Topps Vintage Stock #/99

Not the most visually grabbing card, but when I found it in a dime box, I knew it looked a little different, so I grabbed it.  Turns out the 'difference' was the Topps logo, which is the 'Vintage Stock' logo in this year.  Great pickup

3. 2019 Stadium Club Orange refractor #/99

This one has a strange look to it, the orange is a little funky.  But I like the angle with the out of focus hat.

4. 2015 Topps Update RC

Had to put my only RC in here!!  Wish I had other Lindor RCs.

5. 2010 Bowman Sterling USA Baseball Relics 

Just a kid!  5 years before his RC, this USA baseball pre-RC is pretty sweet.
