Prospecting for the Holidays

Well the 'Bulky Cards' motivation contest didn't go quite as well as I had hoped.  I got 6 qualifying comments, which means only 6 card packages out there that wouldn't have been.  I was hoping for at least 10, and dreaming of 15 or more.  But I guess I know who my loyal readers are...

However, I am already up for another try at it, with a completely different motivator/prize.  So let's go again!!  

I am going to send all of the cards described/pictured below to one person, the lucky winner.  Here is what you have to do to qualify for a chance to be that person:

1. Comment on this post (by Friday Nov 28 at 8PM Eastern Time) that you will commit to sending out a package with cards in it to another person in the blogosphere (blogger or reader, doesn't matter).

2. That's it!  I won't be trying to verify that you have actually sent the package, I'm just trying to get the snowball rolling.  

The size and contents of the 'package' that you send is totally up to you, a single card in a PWE or a huge box, whatever you want.

Anyone is eligible, even those who entered last time or even won last time!  However, if you entered last time and want to enter again, then you are committing to sending ANOTHER package, not just the one you already committed to send.

I will take all the eligible comments and randomize the list three times to get our winner, who will receive... 

A HUGE lot of young players!!!  This is well over 600 cards.  The players in the lot are 'young'.  That's pretty vague.  There are players who haven't hit the big leagues yet, but are highly regarded.  There are players who have hit the bigs but not made their impact yet.  And there are players who have definitely made an impact in the bigs, but who are still in their first few years.  And yes, if you look at the list of players, there are probably a few that many wouldn't consider youngsters anymore, but they are in the lot anyway.  All said, if you want cards of young players, with most having the potential to become MLB stars, this is the lot for you.
